Start your return with wcsupply.ca
To return all new and unused items, it must be in its original packaging. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the date the item was received.
To request a return please contact us by email:
info@wcsupply.ca with your invoice number and the part number of the items you wish to return.
What is considered as New Condition?
- Riding apparel: Any merchandise which has been taken outside and rode in is considered to have been used and cannot be returned.
- Parts & Accessories: Any part/accessory that has been installed or has visible signs of attempting to be installed is non-returnable.
What items are non-returnable?
- Wheels and tires that have been mounted are non-returnable.
- Any riding gear that has been rode in.
- Any items from our clearance section.
- Any items that have been opened or used.
Shipping costs for returns
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
What should I do if my item is incorrect or damaged?
- If the item you received is incorrect or damaged, you can contact us by email: info@wcsupply.ca and we will guide you through the next steps to be taken.

Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $199 will incur a $19 shipping charge for all provinces.
Any items not qualified for shipping will be labeled "NO SHIP" on our website.
